Eating healthy... that is a complicated thing to do. In
today’s world; we are always in a hurry; we don’t have time, so we settle for
junk food or quick meals. We know in the
long run that it is not good for us; for our bodies; but we still do it.

We need to start taking our bodies into account and live a
healthier lifestyle. It is true that we have to give up a lot and make a lot of
sacrifices (no more junk food; eating five fruits and vegetables per day; drink
a lot of water; switch to low fat of fat free products; exercise). I have started a diet
and I am trying to comply with those guidelines in order to live a healthier
lifestyle. I know that later in life; my body is going to thank me for doing it
and that is one of the most rewarding things.

Being on a diet is even harder when people around you are
not. You have to cook different meals; see them eat whatever they feel like. It’s
hard but it’s not impossible. So; if you don’t eat healthy already; I invite
you to do so.
